First Mindful Souls Unboxing

I’m so very excited to share this with you.

Not only is this my first Mindful Souls unboxing, but it’s also my very first ever vlog!

I was a little nervous, if you can’t tell. Please be nice ^_^

I definitely have a few things to figure out.

Anywho…

Here is a rundown of the contents in the box:

  1. Pendulum Amethyst Necklace

  2. Amethyst is great for promoting focus, spiritual wisdom, love, and clarity, and this pendulum necklace will help me find it wherever I am!

  3. White Turquoise and Lava Stone Bracelet (with tiny elephant charm)

  4. Turquoise heals, strengthens, and rejuvenates. And lava stone helps to harness the fire within, increasing strength, fire, passion, and courage. It’s also absorbent, so you can apply your favorite essential oil to it and smell it all day.

  5. Rosemary Essential Oil

  6. Rosemary is considered sacred and is one of the most powerful herbs on the planet. It helps improve memory, balance digestion, and relieve muscle aches.

  7. Lotus Flower Necklace

  8. Lotus flowers are known for having to go through mud and muck in order to bloom and blossom and is a metaphor for our own spiritual awakening. Learn more about getting to know that mud in my article about embracing our darkness here.

  9. Rose Quartz Pointer Crystal

  10. Rose quartz is a heart stone and is important for the heart chakra. It helps to calm and increases inner healing and self-love.

  11. Dreamcatcher

  12. According to the card that came with my Mindful Souls box, “Dreamcatchers originated with the Ojibwe people.” Dreamcatchers catch any negativity that might be floating around and can help to clear a space.

  13. Serenity Buddha Figure

  14. The cute little Buddha idol can help us remember to find inner peace, take breaks in our day, and meditate.
